For American Eagle’s in-store touch-screen denim guide, Articulate formulated strategy, and created the kiosks’ industrial design, UI design, metrics and content management system programming, fabrication of the kiosk face, denim swatches and Flash production. The concept: the guidance of a sales assistant or a fashion-forward friend at the customer’s side while they shop. This touch-screen guide helps customers find the right pair of jeans, making a potentially overwhelming experience simple.
